Thank you for choosing Audrey Marie Photography for your artwork purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide a unique experience for each of our customers. Please carefully review our non-refundable return policy below:

1. Digital Downloadable Prints
All sales of digital downloadable prints are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once the files have been delivered and made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that you carefully review the product details before completing your purchase.

2. Handmade Film Darkroom Prints
Each handmade film darkroom print is a one-of-a-kind piece of art. These prints are custom crafted and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased. The size of the print is selected based on the image's suitability and artistic vision, ensuring that each piece is unique and thoughtfully produced.

  • Non-Refundable: Because these prints are original works of art, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any of the handmade prints after purchase.

3. Order Confirmation & Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your order details, including the artwork chosen, size, and shipping address, are accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been processed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. Please review this confirmation to ensure that all details are correct. In the event of any discrepancies, contact us immediately to address the issue before the order is fulfilled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Digital Downloads: You will receive a link to download your digital files once your payment is processed.

  • Handmade Prints: Physical prints will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, such as damage during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance. However, we do not offer refunds for damage caused during transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your physical handmade print is damaged upon arrival or if there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with supporting photographs. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

  • Please note that this policy only applies to physical products and does not cover digital downloads, as they are delivered instantly upon purchase.

6. No Refunds or Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully review your purchase before completing your transaction.
