After immersing myself in different cultures and landscapes for over two decades, I have come to realise that travel is not just about sightseeing or ticking off bucket list destinations. It is a journey of personal growth and enlightenment, where each road trip and exploration adds to the currency of knowledge and understanding.
Traveling to some of the world's most beautiful villages and market towns has opened my eyes to the rich tapestry of history and culture that exists beyond the familiar. Each destination has its own unique story to tell, and through my extensive portfolio of journeys, I have collected a wealth of experiences that have enriched my perspective on life.

Travels connecting the path of our ancestors to beautiful travel destinations, historical places and events, culture and old world foods. My mission is to share how fun history can be, learning about our ancestors, becoming aware of the importance of connecting ourselves with family, and encouraging others to honour our ancestors by preserving traditions, reflecting on each experience and how far they travelled for a better life.
Through my experience of living as an expat for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of traveling to various locations in North America, Central America, Africa, and Europe. I have a passion for discovering pretty little villages with cobblestone streets, Saturday markets, and abandoned buildings that provide the perfect backdrop for unique and captivating photo art.
As I travel, I am constantly inspired by the stories and experiences of our ancestors, and the sacrifices they made for a better life. Through my photography, I aim to honour and preserve these traditions, and share the importance of connecting with our family history.
